When parents realise that their child is facing a developmental challenge or delay, questions arise, confusion grows, and sometimes even isolation appears. "North Star" was founded to help families regain clarity, direction and control — and to offer a real space for you to express the challenges, doubts and strain of daily life.

I support families from the moment concern or diagnosis appears (at any age of the child) all the way to establishing a tailor-made plan for the child and family. Together we'll assess the situation, sort through the data, and build practical steps that fit your everyday life — emotionally, within the family context and financially.

I'm also here for you, the parents — at times of fatigue, confusion or frustration — creating space for you to release, understand and rediscover renewed strength.

Our goal: move from a feeling of "being overwhelmed" to leadership — knowing what's right now, where to turn, and how to create a sense of calm and confidence in the new path.

The process is built around you, the parents. We meet over 3 to 5 sessions (in-clinic or via Zoom) in which we'll focus on:

Sessions take place in a clinic in Tel Aviv or via Zoom

About Me

I'm Matty Ben Shoshan Levi, personal coach and founder of "North Star" — a guidance service for parents of children with developmental challenges. For over 25 years I led teams and global companies in the tech, media and gaming industries: founding startups, managing complex products and guiding people through change and growth. In recent years I chose to direct that expertise to something very close to my heart: supporting parents in their unique journey with children who have developmental challenges.

My approach blends systemic and business thinking with human empathy and deep listening. My aim is to help parents move from confusion and uncertainty to clarity, accurate choices that fit them, and a renewed sense of control: understanding the possibilities, making the right decision, and building a personalised plan for the family.

I believe every family can find their "North Star" — a point of light that marks direction, confidence and hope.
